Small parking lot finished and striped after paving.

LINE STRIPING / PAVEMENT MARKINGS / ADA LAYOUT

Line striping and ADA layout. A lot that reads clearly.

Clear stalls, drive lanes, fire lanes, arrows and accessible spaces help people park and move through a property. Our team lays out and paints markings for new pavement, re-striping and restriping after sealcoat.

01 / WHY STRIPING

Faded lines cost more than paint.

When striping fades, drivers make their own lanes, stalls get wasted and accessible spaces become hard to find. Fresh markings make a lot easier to use and easier to manage, and they are often the most visible sign to tenants and customers that a property is being looked after.

Our team handles layout and painting for parking stalls, drive aisles, directional arrows, crosswalks, fire lanes, loading zones and accessible parking spaces with their access aisles. Where a property is being re-laid out, we work from your site plan or your engineer’s drawings.

Parking-area asphalt work, with the paved surface extending toward equipment.

02 / WHAT’S INCLUDED

What our team handles.

Every proposal is written for the property. Typical scope items include:

Re-striping existing layouts

Repainting faded stalls, arrows and markings on the existing layout.

New layouts

Layout on new pavement or after an overlay, working from the site plan you provide.

Accessible parking spaces

Layout and marking of accessible spaces, access aisles and symbols as shown on your plan or required by your jurisdiction.

Fire lanes, curbs and crosswalks

Curb painting, fire-lane markings, crosswalks and stop bars.

Loading and directional markings

Loading zones, arrows, no-parking areas and stenciling.

Striping after sealcoat

Coordinated with sealcoating so markings go back down as soon as the coating is ready.

03 / GULF COAST CONDITIONS

Sun, rain and traffic wear markings down.

Strong sun fades paint and heavy rain and traffic wear it away, so markings on busy Gulf Coast lots often need attention before the asphalt does. Paint also needs a dry surface. Our team schedules striping in dry windows, often at night or early in the day for busy retail properties, so the lot can stay open.

Our team brings a combination of 50+ years of experience to that planning.

BEFORE THE WORK

Clear answers.
A defined scope.

Can you make my lot ADA compliant?

Our team lays out and marks accessible spaces and access aisles based on your site plan and the requirements of your jurisdiction. Compliance for the whole property involves more than paint, so we recommend confirming requirements with your engineer or local building official.

Can you change the layout of my lot?

Yes, when you have a site plan or an engineer’s drawing for the new layout. Our team marks the lot to that plan.

Can striping be done after hours?

Often, yes. Night or early-morning work can be scheduled for busy properties, weather permitting.

How long until cars can park on new paint?

It depends on the paint and the weather. The proposal sets out when each section can reopen.
